Bob (Robert) E. Sousley

Bob (Robert) E. Sousley age 71 of Harrisonville, Missouri departed this life Tuesday, March 25th ,2025 at Cass Regional Medical Center Harrisonville, Missouri.

Bob worked for KCP&L and Westing House Electric where he went on to retire from. Bob was a member of the FreeMasons.

In 1970 Bob met the love of his life Nina. On January 19th, 1972, they were married. Bob and Nina would go on to have 2 children. Amy and Clayton Sousley. The couple enjoyed a wonderful 53 years together.

Anyone who knew Bob, knew his love for hunting and fishing. He loved spending his free time at the lake and outdoors. His family was most important to him. You could find him at almost every sporting event for his grandchildren cheering loudly on the sidelines. His caring, thoughtful and fun-loving personality will be missed by those who knew him. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, son and many more.

Bob is preceded in death by his father Arthur Sousley, sister Nora Duley, brother-in-law Jonny Taylor, and father-in-law Bob Hensley.

Bob is survived by his wife Nina Sousley; a mother and a father Homer and Marguerite Baugh; a son, Clayton Sousley and wife Stacy Sousley; a daughter Amy Sousley; 5 grandchildren, Chandler, Cole, Addison, Korben and Gage; and 7 great grandchildren; a brother and sisters; and many family and friends.

Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2025 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2025 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with interment at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.
