Charlotte Carol Maher

Charlotte Carol Maher age 74 of Harrisonville, Missouri departed this life on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 at Meadow View Health and Rehab in Harrisonville Missouri.

Charlotte was born in Kansas City, Kansas on August 29th,1950. Born to her Mother Doris Elizabeth Huskey and Father James Edward Bray.

Charlotte attended Argentine Highschool graduating in 1968. Later that same year on December 28th Charlotte married Mike Maher, the love of her life. The two enjoyed a wonderful 51 years together. Going on to have 2 children.

Charlotte was employed as an accountant at All State Mechanical for 20 years. Prior to her work as an accountant, she drove a school bus for the Harrisonville School District. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lourdes Catholic Church in Harrisonville.

Charlotte loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking weekly dinners for her kids, and grandchildren. She loved country music, being outdoors and going to the lake. To know her was to love her. She always made those around her feel special and loved. Going out of her way to do small gestures to show how much she cared for you. She was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, and grandmother who will be missed dearly.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her father, and husband.

Charlotte is survived by her mother Doris Huskey; a son, Jason Maher and wife Stacey, Adrian, Missouri; a daughter, Dawn Sousley; 6 grandchildren, Zachary, Alex, Addison, Ryan, Gage, and Cooper; 2 sisters and a brother, Vanessa Christian, Edwina Knoll and Larry Bray. other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2025 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with interment at Oakland Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.

Visitation will be held 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Friday, March, 14, 2025 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
