Christopher Lee Minor, of Harrisonville, Missouri was born January 13, 1976 in Lee's Summit, Missouri the son of Terry Lynn and Patricia Ann (Gunderson) Minor. He departed this life on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Cass Regional Medical Center, Harrisonville at the age of 38 years, 9 months and 2 days.
On May 5, 2012, Christopher was united in marriage to Dawnelle Marie Watson in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Christopher was employed as a clerk for the Henry County, Missouri Sheriff's Department and was also a volunteer EMT for the Henry County Fire Department. He loved the outdoors especially fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Jim and Glenda McAlister; his maternal grandfather, Marvin Gunderson and his paternal grandparents, Ted and Wilma Minor.
Christopher is survived by his wife, Dawnelle Minor and a son, Nicholas Watson and fiancée, Kathryn Jordan of the home; his parents, Terry and Patricia Minor, Pleasant Hill, Missouri; two brothers, Travis Lee Minor and wife Christy, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, Steven Blevins and wife Kimi, Butler, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation. Celebration of Life Services were held Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Amphitheater in the Harrisonville City Park.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Cass County Cremation Service, Harrisonville, Missouri.
