Clayton Ray Foster, Harrisonville, Missouri was born October 10, 1960 in Harrisonville the son of Charlie Franklin and Madonna Kay (Koeller) Foster. He departed this life on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Golden Years Care Services from Alzheimer’s.
Clayton graduated Harrisonville High School in 1978. He was a Harrisonville Wildcat football player, FFA and Cass County Vo-tech Member. After high school, Clayton went to work for W.R. Gibson Construction, working alongside his dad for 27 years. He was great with electrical and worked installing seasonal commercial and residential Christmas light displays for many years. Clayton also worked maintenance for Central Bank of the Midwest and the City of Lee’s Summit until he was no longer able to work due to his health.
Clayton was a true country boy; he enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting and his firearm collection. If it was country or a western, he loved it.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Charlie Foster, Sr., Ernest Koeller, Viola Beymer and Beryl Beymer. His Aunt, Loretta Schaub.
Clayton is survived by his parents, Frank and Donna Foster, Harrisonville, Missouri; a daughter, Annie Foster Spangler, Harrisonville, Missouri; 2 grandchildren, Avery and Easton Spangler; a sister, Stephanie Foster Hlade, Kansas City, Missouri; two nephews, Logan Thompson and Kyle Hlade; Aunt Veneta Gray, Pleasant Hill, Missouri; Uncle Kenneth Schaub, Harrisonville, Missouri; cousins, Sandy Bowen and Shannon Caughron both of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Kenton Schaub, Harrisonville, Missouri and many friends..
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 14, 2021 at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, 22500 E. 299th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701
