Donald Lewis

Donald Douglas Lewis of Belton, Missouri was born January 24, 1964 in Topeka, Kansas the son of Harry Donald Lewis and Teresia Diana (Farthing) Israel. He departed this life Friday, October 20, 2006 at his home in Belton at the age of 42 years, 8 months and 26 days.
Donald was employed as a tax examiner for Internal Revenue Service at the Bannister Service Center, Kansas City, Missouri since 2003. He was a 1982 graduate of Ruskin High School, Kansas City, Missouri and a 1986 graduate of Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, Missouri . Donald enjoyed collecting antiques.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Teresia Israel and husband, Larry, Harrisonville, Missouri; his brother, Michael W. Lewis and wife, Shannon, Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany; a step-brother, Rick Israel, Lee's Summit, Missouri; a step-sister, Karen Kissinger and husband, Pat, Smithville, Missouri; a niece, Brittney Lewis and a nephew, Brandon Lewis; other relatives and many friends.
