Donna Jean Brundage

Mrs. Donna Jean Brundage of Harrisonville, Missouri was born January 14, 1944 in Silver Lake, Kansas the daughter of James William and Vesie Irene (Silver) Jameson. She departed this life on Sunday, December 13, 2009 surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 65 years, 10 months and 29 days.
On February 27, 1976, Donna was united in marriage to John Walter Brundage in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Donna?s love of children was evident being a child care provider in her home for the past 19 years. She was a faithful member of the United Methodist Church, Harrisonville and a member of the Cass Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. Donna enjoyed her family, grandchildren, water aerobics, her church group and traveling.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Thomas.
She is survived by her husband, John W. Brundage of the home; a daughter, Donee` Dawson and husband, Sean, Raymore, Missouri; a step-daughter, Jeana Dunn and husband, Tony, East Lynne, Missouri; five grandchildren, Jacob. Lance, Emily, Courtney and Madeline; her sister, Arnetta Vest, Garden City, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Celebration Of Life services were held Saturday, December 19, 2009 at the United Methodist Church Harrisonville, Missouri.
Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Grace Hospice.
