Family has desired cremation with a memorial visitation which was held on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Twin Pines Country Club, Harrisonville, Missouri. Another memorial service will be held this summer at the lake.
Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made the American Cancer Society.
