Mrs. Ila Lee Hutcheson, of Garden City, Missouri, was born November 21, 1929 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Everett LeRoy and Darline Ruth (Loudon) Crist. She departed this life Friday, August 27, 2010 at the Cass Regional Medical Center, Harrisonville, Missouri at the age of 80 years, 9 months and 6 days.
On June 20, 1950, Ila Lee was united in marriage to Evert Beecher Hutcheson in Kansas City, Missouri.
Ila Lee was employed as a director for a Sheltered Workshop in Raytown, Missouri for 15 years. She enjoyed sewing, making crafts, roller skating and spending time with her grandchildren. Ila Lee had lived in Kansas City and Raytown before moving to Garden City in 1983.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, LaNette Moorhead and Teresa Wheeler and a brother LeRoy Dean Crist.
She is survived by her son, Dean A. Hutcheson and wife Tami, Creighton, Missouri; two grandchildren, Alan Hutcheson, Kansas City, Kansas and Tabitha and husband Travis, Creighton, Missouri; two great-grandchildren, Kindra and Koltin; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services were held Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Missouri.
