Jack Mayse, of Garden City, Missouri, was born November 28, 1932 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Harold B. and Wanda Jane (Snead) Mayse Sr. He departed this life Thursday, February 14, 2008, at his home in Garden City at the age of 75 years, 2 months and 16 days.
Jack was untited in marriage to Lillian Mayse.
Jack owned and operated a sercurity company in Olathe, Kansas. He was a Marine veteran of the Korean War where he recieved two purple hearts. Jack moved to Garden City in 1998.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Mayse; a brother, Harold B. Mayse and a sister, Joanne McCulloh.
He is survived by a brother, Robert Mayse, Dayton, Washington; a sister-in-law, Betty Mayse, Garden City, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many frineds.
