Judith Emick DuChateau a long time resident of St. Louis, Missouri formerly of Urich, Missouri was born November 12, 1941 in Urich the daughter of Howard and Madalyne Emick. She departed this life on November 25, 2008.
Judith served as the Assistant General Counsel for the American Optometric Association until her retirement in 2006. Judith loved life, and lived it to the fullest. She was an accomplished artist, teacher and attorney. Throughout her life she pursued many passions, world travel, gardening and spending time with her many close friends.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of life Service will be held 1:30 p.m., Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri. Cremation with interment in the Urich Cemetery, Urich, Missouri. Family suggests contributions may be made to Stray Rescue of St. Louis (www.strayrescue.org).
