Justin Cole White of Garden City, Missouri was born September 23, 1993 in Overland Park, Kansas the son of James Michael and Vicki Lynn (Hepper) White. He departed this life on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at his home near Garden City at the age of 18 years, 2 months and 15 days.
Justin spent most of his young life in the Sherwood community. He attended Sherwood Cass RVII School since early elementary. He was active in the athletics program where he played on the football team and cheered his friends on in many of the other sport activities at Sherwood. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Justin was a devoted son, a protective big brother and a loyal friend. He was the kind of young man whose smile was sincere and warm, his words were direct and to the point, but never mean spirited, and his faith in Jesus Christ was absolute.
Justin is survived by his parents, James M. and Vicki White; his brother, T.J. White all of the home; his paternal grandfather, John White, Urich, Missouri; maternal grandfather, Alvin Hepper, Bismarck, North Dakota; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Donna McGee and husband, Gary, Selby, South Dakota; maternal great-grandmother, Louise Lemburg, Selby, South Dakota; other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heart of Life Church, 96 old 7 Hwy, Garden City, Missouri with burial in the Urich Cemetery, Urich, Missouri.
The family will receive friends Monday, December 12, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the church.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the Sherwood High School Marksman Football Program and may be sent directly to the school.
