Keith Carlyse Buntin

Keith Carlyse Buntin of Creighton, Missouri was born March 20, 1924 in Brooklyn, Missouri the son of Leland Eldoris and Bonnie Lola (Allen) Buntin. He departed this life on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at his home near Creighton, Missouri at the age of 100 years and 4 months. 

On July 3, 1974 Keith was united in marriage to Velma Bernice Morain in Peculiar, Missouri.

Keith was employed as a machinist for Bendix in Kansas City, Missouri before his retirement. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II. He enjoyed hunting, fishing the outdoors and had moved to Creighton in 1974.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Velma on July 22, 2007, his brother, Jack and his sister, Nadine

He is survived by three sons, Glen Buntin (Diann), Independence, Missouri, Ronald Buntin, Creighton, Missouri, Paul Buntin (Dee), Sugar Creek, Missouri; 5 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joann Wilson and Erma Dunlap, Bethany, Missouri; other relatives and a host of friends. 

A Funeral Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2024 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with interment at Vansant Road Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri.
