Kenta Z. Lovelace, 40, of Blue Springs, was born December 10, 1976, in Kansas City, Missouri, the Son of Larry J. and Bettye K. (Jackson) Lovelace. He departed this life, Friday, February 3, 2017, at the North Kansas City Hospital.
Kenta was a 1995 Blue Springs High School graduate, as well a 2001 graduate of the Electronics Institute.
On June 24th, 2004 he was united in marriage to Felicia Adkins in Independence. They later divorced.
Kenta was employed in foundation construction. He was tinkerer and loved dabbing in various hobbies; he especially loved motor cycles.
He leaves to cherish his memory; whom he loved, his parents, Larry and Bettye Lovelace of Blue Springs; 4 children, Marqus Andrews of Blue Springs, Elexis Adkins of Blue Springs, Jade Taylor of Springfield, and Trenton Zaire Lovelace of Blue Springs; two brothers, Berkeley Sr. (and Dana) Lovelace of Pleasant Hill, Larry Jr.(and Tara) Lovelace of Blue Springs, as well as Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 17, 2017, at the Harvest Baptist Church (901 NW 19th St., Blue Springs, Missouri 64015) Interment is in the Brooking Cemetery, Raytown, Missouri.
Memorial contributions are suggested to his children and may be sent in care of the Stanly-Dickey Funeral Home.
