Lois Page

Mrs. Mary Lois Page of Adrian, Missouri was born December 26, 1937 in Archie, Missouri the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Edith Elnora (Dade) Simpson. She departed this life on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 70 years, 5 months and 22 days.
On, September 13, 1997, Lois was united in marriage to Richard Dale Page in Adrian, Missouri.
Lois was employed as a dietary manager for the Adrian Manor Nursing Home in Adrian from 1976 until her retirement in 2003. Later, she was part time employee of the Butler Museum in Butler, Missouri. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Adrian. Lois enjoyed her family and grandchildren, flowers, gardening, canning, dancing and buggy ridding. She was a lifelong resident of the Adrian and Aaron communities.
Besides her parents, Lois was preceded in death by a sister, Cleo Fern Simpson. She is survived by her husband, Richard D. Page of the home; three sons, Arthur Layne Reynolds and wife, Dena, Kent Page and wife, Lori all of Adrian, Missouri, Calvin Page, Nevada, Missouri; two daughters, Kendra Holt and husband, Thomas, Shanda Steinhoff and husband, Brian all of Urich, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren, Krystal, Kody, Jessica, Trystan, Toalson, Larissa, Damon, Travis, Jessie, Cheyenne, Colton, Keslyn, Devon, Kylie, Dallas and Dakota. a brother, Frank Junior Simpson, Adrian, Missouri; a sister, Doris Jean Underwood, Adrian, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the United Methodist Church, Adrian, Missouri with burial in the Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fribrosis Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri.
