Michael Gene Hall

Michael Gene Hall, of Greenwood, Missouri was born April 29, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of James Alfred and Wilma Irene (Burton) Hall Sr. He departed this life Monday, September 27, 2010 in Iowa Fall, Iowa at the age of 58 years, 4 months and 28 days.
On November 16, 1996, Michael was united in marriage to Julie Anne Ritch in Bennett Springs, Missouri.
Michael was employed as a transport driver for Allied Transportation, Claycomo, Missouri. He was an avid supporter of Lee?s Summit Football and a member of the Lee?s Summit West Touchdown Club. Michael was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #41, Kansas City, Missouri. He loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed being on the lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Michael is survived by his wife, Julie Hall of the home; two sons, Aaron M. Hall, Odessa, Missouri, James W. Ritch, Greenwood, Missouri; one grandson, Alex L. Hall; two brothers, James A. Hall Jr., Independence, Missouri, David P. Hall and fiancée Debbie, Overland Park, Kansas; a sister, Delinda S. Saye and husband Richard, Greenville, Texas; Michael and Julie were also host parents to Caroline Cerqueira de Oliveira from Brazil and Natalia Valachovicova from Slovakia; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday October 2, 2010 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
