Mikayla Allen

Mikayla Nell Allen infant daughter of Keith Weston and Reva Faye (Zumwalt) Allen of Belton, Missouri departed this life Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.
Besides her parents Mikayla is survived by her maternal grandparents, Vince and Judy Zumwalt, Cleveland, Missouri; paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Tamra Cunningham and husband, Steve, Belton, Missouri; paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Russell W. Allen and wife, Sandy, Cleveland, Missouri; maternal great-grandparents, Vincent and Mary Zumwalt, Cleveland, Missouri; maternal great-grandmother, Barbara Mathews, Cleveland, Missouri; paternal great-grandmother, Wilma Allen, Belton, Missouri; paternal great-grandparents, Jean and Harold Curl, Sunrise Beach, Missouri; aunts, uncles; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Pleasant Prairie Baptist Church near Belton, Missouri with interment in the West Union Cemetery near Cleveland, Missouri.
Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the church.
Family suggests contributions may be made to West Union Cemetery Association or to Children's Mercy Hospital.
