Mrs. Minerva W. Crigger of Harrisonville, Missouri formerly of Independence, Kansas was born May 11, 1911 in Lost City, Oklahoma the daughter of Reuben N. and Lovina (Case) Botts. She departed this life Thursday, November 2, 2006 at the home of her granddaughter, Elizabeth Fuller in Harrisonville, Missouri at the age of 95 years, 5 months and 21 days.
On September 16, 1932, Minerva was united in marriage to George Austin Crigger in Independence, Kansas.
Minerva was a homemaker. She had lived in Independence, Kansas since 1932 and moved to Harrisonville in 2005.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George on November 11, 1976; a daughter, Donna Sue Gibson; two brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Reuben C. Crigger and wife, Debra, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Oliver A. Crigger and wife, Jean, Holden, Missouri; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services were held Monday, November 6, 2006 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Independence, Kansas.
