Mrs. Nelladene Bottero of Warrensburg, Missouri was born September 30, 1925 in Seneca, Missouri the daughter of James Harry and Cassie (Roarke) Montgomery. She departed this life on Monday, January 4, 2010 at Western Missouri Medical Center, Warrensburg at the age of 84 years, 3 months and 4 days.
On June 2, 1943, Nelladene was united in marriage to Daniel ?Danny? Bottero in Seneca, Missouri.
Nelladene was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church, Harrisonville. She enjoyed her family, grandchildren, playing cards and cooking. Nelladene was a great mother and grandmother. She had lived in Seneca, Harrisonville, Joplin and Warrensburg before moving to Knob Noster, Missouri.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny on August 8, 2006; a brother, Harry Montgomery; four sisters, Vera Moore, Naomi Watts, Jewell Montgomery and Eula Campbell.
Nelladene is survived by her two daughters, Kay L. Bell and husband, Ron, Claremore, Oklahoma, Deborah Pfister and husband, Jerry, Knob Noster, Missouri; four grandchildren, Brian, Brett, Chad and Cassie; three great-grandchildren, Logan, Dade and Adrian; her brother; James Montgomery, Seneca, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 8, 2010 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, MO.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2010 at the Seneca Cemetery, West Seneca, Oklahoma.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
