Ret. Gunnery SGT. Richard Rew age 66 of Garden City, Missouri departed this life Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.
Richard is survived by his son Patrick C. Rew of Raymore, Missouri; his daughter Marie S. Rew; three brothers, Leo Rew of Kansas City, Missouri, Larry Rew of Raymore, Missouri and Carrell Rew Jr. of Belton, Missouri; two sisters, Peggy Wyatt of Harrisonville, Missouri and Sharon Sidwell of Garden City, Missouri; five grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside serices were held Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri.
Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post #4409, Harrisonville, Missouri.
