Robert Allen Bischoff, of Belton, Missouri, was born February 23, 1954 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Robert Floyd and Gloria Lorraine (McCullough) Bischoff. He departed this life Sunday, August 1, 2010 at his home at the age of 56 years.
On June 29, 1978, Robert was united in marriage to Linda Jean Kay in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Robert was the Director of Engineering for Interstate Brands, Kansas City, Missouri for 32 years. He was a member of the American Society of Baking and the NRA. Robert loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed spending time with his grandsons. He was loved, respected and his word was his bond. Robert had lived in Grand Rapids, Chicago, and Toledo before moving to Belton in 2003.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Robert is survived by his true life partner, his wife, Linda Bischoff, who he affectionately called ?Babes?; two sons, Shay and Jay Arnold; a daughter, Angela Corlin; three grandchildren; a brother, Rick Bischoff and Wife Coleen; a sister, Linda Maue and husband David; other relatives and many friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri. Cremation.
Celebration of Life Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made the the American Cancer Society.
