Although Rusty never had children, he leaves behind 2 older brothers Glenn and Terry Bowman of Urich Mo and Terry and Melissa Bowman of Harrisonville Mo. He attended Strasburg elementary and graduated from Pleasant Hill High school in 1981. He continued his education at Penn Valley where he graduated with his Bachelor of science in nursing.
Rusty left behind 3 nieces and 1 nephew, 5 great nieces and 4 great nephews. He has finally been reunited with his mother, nephew and may other family members.
Cremation with a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at Strasburg Cemetery, Strasburg, Missouri at a later date.
Contributions may be made to Wayside Waifs, contributions may be mailed to Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
