Sandra Grosshart Persinger

Sandra (Grosshart) Persinger passed away on November 08, 2008, in Texas City, Texas., at Mainland Hospital following a brief illness.
Sandra was born July 27, 1939 in rural Bates County, Mo, the daughter of Orva B and Dorothy (Hooper) Grosshart.
She graduated from Ballard High School.
Sandra became a nurse and after living in several parts of the U. S. settled in League City, Tx. She was a hard worker and devoted nurse having worked at Pasadena Bayshore and at Texas City Mainland Hospital. She will always be remembered for her kind and loving spirit. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She was predeceased by a son Wade Persinger and her parents, Orva and Dorothy Grosshart.
Survivors include son Kevin Persinger, League City, Tx and his children Mattew and Kevin Jr, and a great grandson, Phoenix. A daughter Angela Griggs and husband Larry also of League City, their children Ashley and Amber. Two brothers, Orva B Grosshart Jr (Sonya) Harrisonville, and Charles Raymond (Buck) Adrian, Mo. Nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with Burial in Mullin Cemetery, Urich Missouri.
