Shelby Michelle Purtle-King

Shelby Michelle Purtle-King of Greenwood, Missouri was born July 17, 1995 in Clinton, Missouri the daughter of Charles Burton and Michelle Gay (Purtle) King. She departed this life on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas surrounded by her loving family at the age of 26 years, 11 months and 11 days.

     Shelby was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Michelle King; grandfather, Don Purtle and her Uncles Donnie and JD Purtle and a niece, Ashton Elizabeth Miller.

     Shelby is survived by her two sisters, Elizabeth Klinger and Cheyenne King; her grandmother, Bette Purtle; nieces, nephews, cousins; Uncle John Bolton and Aunt Watona King-Hedrick and the love of her life, Jesse Miller; other relatives and a host of friends.

     A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 in the Van Buren Room at the Harrisonville Community Center, Harrisonville, Missouri from 1:00 until 3:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 1:30 p.m. A light lunch will be provided.
