Sonya Richter

Mrs. Sonya Jeanette Richter of Adrian, Missouri was born August 26, 1966 in Harrisonville, Missouri the daughter of Grayson Elmer Hedges and Judy Carol (Kauffman) Hedges Moles. She departed this life on Saturday, July 3, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident near Adrian, Missouri at the age of 43 years, 10 months and 7 days.
On September 12, 1998, Sonya was united in marriage to Donald Ray Richter, Jr. in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Sonya was a bus driver for Durham Bus Company, Harrisonville, Missouri driving for the Harrisonville School District for the past year. She was a member of Sycamore Gove Mennonite Church near Garden City. Sonya enjoyed fishing,gardening and the outdoors. She will be remembered as a good person, always happy would do anything for her friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Grayson and her sister, Sheri Hedges.
Sonya is survived by her husband, Donald R. Richter, Jr., two sons, Anthony W. Leonard and Randall R. Miller all of Adrian, Missouri; a granddaughter, Carmen Miller; her mother, Judy Moles, Harrisonville, Missouri; a brother, Jeffrey L. Hedges, Rogers, Arkansas; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with burial at the Clearfork Cemetry near Garden City, Missouri.
