Teresa Ann Shaw of Harrisonville, Missouri was born May 24, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Edsel Hadsel and Mary Leona (Ward) Sullivan Handke. She departed this life on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at her home in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 60 years.
Teresa was employed as a laboratory assistant for St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. She loved animals and enjoyed watching wrestling on T.V. Teresa was a big fan of the Selle Brothers Band and the Lo Cash Band. She will be missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and a half-brother, Leroy Sullivan.
Teresa is survived by two sons, Shawn L. Sullivan, Harrisonville, Missouri, Joshua Ryun, Joplin, Missouri; her mother, Mary Handke, Harrisonville, Missouri; her sister, Tena Pappan, Kingsville, Missouri; other relatives and a host of friends.
Cremation. A Celebration of Life Visitation was be held Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Dickey Cottage, Harrisonville, Missouri. The family suggest in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions may be made to the Teresa Shaw Memorial Fund in care of Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Mo 64701. Final arrangements are under the care of Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
