Mrs. Toker Elizabeth Gartner, of Kansas City, Missouri, was born July 18, 1913 in Kansas City the daughter of Arthur Burton. She departed this life Tuesday, July 5, 2005, Golden Years Care Services, Harrisonville, Missouri at the age of 91 years, 11 months and 17 days.
In 1939, Toker was united in marriage to Lee Harvey Gartner.
Toker was a homemaker. She had lived in Kansas City before moving to Harrisonville in 2005.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lee Gartner in May of 1993; two brothers, Clyde and Toy Burton.
She is survived by a son, Harvey L. Gartner, Archie, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Graveside service and interment will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2005 at the Brooking Cemetery, Raytown, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
