Wanda Moss, of Independence, MO was born Sept. 2, 1939 in Salem, Arkansas; the daughter of George and Lottie Hatman. She passed on July 30, 2009 at 6:25 p.m. at Monterey Park Nursing Home, Independence.
Wanda was united in marriage to Bobby H. Moss, August 13, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri. She retired from Hallmark Cards Inc. in December 1993, after 35 years of service.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Bob; her parents; 1 sister and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her brother J.R. Hatman and wife Barbara, Harrisonville, Missouri; two sisters, Pat Sherrell and husband Donnie and Eula May Hall all of Joplin, Missouri; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Dickey Funeral Home with burial in the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville.
Memorials may be made to Continua Hospice.
