Wayne R.T. White

Wayne R.T. White age 85 of Pleasant Hill, Missouri departed this life Monday, February 3, 2025 at Centerpoint Medical Center, Independence, Missouri. 

He was born on June 3, 1939 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Henry and Nadine White. He graduated from Harrisonville High School in 1958.

Wayne and his first wife, Dee, married in 1964 and had three daughters, Teresa (Eghbali), Kris (Fox), and Deana (Aurner). He has eight grandchildren, Ethan Eghbali, Gabby Marney, Lexi Eghbali, Mickie Fox, Cassie Fox, Danielle Fox, RJ Aurner and Ashlynn Aurner. Wayne also has two great grandchildren, Hudsyn Marney, and Reian Marney. He is survived by two brothers, Dave Mills and Don White and one sister, Wanda Greene. HIs sister, Elaine McKarnin preceded him in death.

Wayne Worked for Western Electric and International Paper Company before retiring and becoming active in real estate. In his spare time, Wayne enjoyed recycling trips with his son-in-law, Darrin Eghbali, word search puzzles, and card games. Wayne was passionate about genealogy and traced family roots back to the 1700’s.

Inurnment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood, Missouri at a later date.
